Delivery

Delivery is through DHL Express on a next day delivery service through Monday – Friday.
Delivery to most UK postcodes is free of charge and included in the purchase price.
Delivery to Highlands, Islands, including Jersey & Guernsey may attract small additional fees.
Delivery to the EU countries is available both with 24hr and 48hr options available on request.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return scheme which is available should a fault be found within the first 30 days.
Return shipping from within the UK including DHL collection will be paid by us the seller.
Once a return is received back and checked we can offer the options below at the customer choice

  • A repair (where possible)
  • A replacement
  • A credit or a refund

these options are the customers choice should we find a fault or issue on receipt of their product (not caused by the customer).
